Zumba fitness is a new type of excersise. It's a combination of latino dancing and aerobic moves.

A difference betwen zumba and regular aerobic is that with zumba you have so much fun, so you are even forgeting that you are excersising. This latino fitness is high energy fitness so everyone who wants to get involved must be prepared for intensive body workout. Zumba includes four basic dances: Mambo,cumbia, raeggeton and salsa. Each dance is combined with aerobic steps which is extremely fun, and the best thing is that improvization is included. So if the training is hard to follow, you can allways add some of your own moves. As long as you are having fun, you are welcomed to Zumba! Zumba is easily spreading all over the world and everybody is enjoying in this new type of body workout. There is also an instructor training for getting a license for teaching zumba. This latino fitness have few levels: basic, gold, aquazumba etc.

Basic is for beginners, gold is low energy training for middle aged people, and aqua zumba is a body workout in water. So what ever lavel you choose, fun is guaranteed! There are lots of partys organized i for zumba fans, so this latino fitness helps to unite people all over the world. The best part of all is that you feel like you're on the party and not in the fitness class. So, if you want to be fit join in some zumba workout dance class and you won't regret it!
