How to do good deeds
As a popular saying goes "We sow as we reap". What we do to others is what we get back in return. This world is a reflection, resound and reaction to you thought, words and deeds.Do good and you get back good. If you want to reap what you "sow"; sow you must only the good.
1. Pray for the welfare for the sick, the destitute, the homeless .Pray for those who are in grief and misery.
2. Send love to the ones who hate you or are jealous of you. This is the way to react to your enemies. If someone abuses you, there is nothing better in that moment to be still in mind and your reactions. This way you dont get entangaled in the web of karma. Have an attitude of forgiveness. To forgive is divine.
3. Contemplate on the good. The name of the Lord rolling in you tounge helps to cut down the bad karmas you would have weaved in the past. It also helps in purifying your mind. Chant the name of the Lord; Jesus, allaha or Ram. The goodness of the name has the power to bring good results in your life.
4. Dedicate all your acts to the God.However small or insignificant it may be.This way, the Lord then takes away the results of your karmas.
5. Help othere when possible. Give food to the hungry, a warm sheet to the homeless. You acts of kindness will bring out the humaness in you and learn to live life by sharing with others. You will appreciate the joy of giving.
6. Teach your chldren the acts of honesty, goodness, forgiveness and love. Instill in them the values of Goodness and faith in God.

John,What will save your son is your love and respect and communication and the examples you show him with *your* behavior. Do you truly want to demonstrate that his father is one secretly spying on him? The message--spoken or not--you are sending to your son is this: his own father does not trust him, his own father cannot sit down and tell his son his own feelings and fears, but instead spies secretly upon him. Learn to talk from your heart to his or you will have make much grief.

You cannot describe love as "a problem teenagers fall into". This completely downrates the meaning of love itself, not to meantion any teens (like myself) reading this. You act as if only adults will read this, and give absolutely no helpful imformation directly towards a teen or teenagers themself.I recommend adding a section to this that describes what love REALLY is, and how to deal with it, how it passes, how it stablizes, it's structure over time and how it grows, and many types of love.
