Watching Cooking Shows is a Stress Reliever
I'm a mother of two handsome boys (just a proud mom here). My eldest is six years old while the other one has just turned two. I'm a stay home mom who spends mostly of my time just taking care of my boys. I would practically do just the same usual things everyday. The moment I wake up surely starts a chaotic but fun day for me ha ha. Doing these things for six years now I must say I'm already used to it, but I won't deny the fact that there were instances that I just felt exhausted and disappointed. Don't get me wrong guys I definitely love and adore my kids but sometimes I can't help but think that these things I feel may be the result of physical, emotional and psychological fatigue if I may say so since I have to come up with reasons to justify the depression I experience sometimes or most of the times ha ha.
This is the very reason why i want to share with you my top secret in living a stress free daily life as a mom. I'm sure as you were reading and has probably reached this part of my article you already have idea as to what my secret is based from the title above ha ha. Yes you definitely are right, watching cooking shows simply is my secret. I can't remember exactly when I had started to get fond of watching cooking shows but one thing is for sure it helped me a lot as a mother. It helped me cope up with the stress I get from being a full time mom and a wife. Whenever I get the chance to watch cooking shows from various networks it gives me this calmness and happiness that is just priceless. It is so entertaining that if only I could just stay in front of the television 24/7 just to watch them. I even consider the hosts of these cooking shows as big celebrities. They are like the Angelina Jolie /Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt/Tom Cruise of the cooking world! Besides being entertaining it is also informative and educational at the same time. It teaches people especially moms like me how to cook.
I must admit I do not know how to cook before but because of this kind of shows I learned how to cook. For women I believe it is important that we know how to cook so we can offer our family meals that are cooked with love and care. I know that there are a lot of restaurants that offer delicious meals, but for me nothing beats a home-cooked meal prepared for her family by a mother like me.
I am very happy and proud to share with you some of my favorite cooking shows with its respective hosts which are as follows: Barefoot Contessa and Barefoot Contessa Back to Basics both hosted by Ina Garten, Everyday Italian hosted by Giada de Laurentis, Masterchef US and Hell's Kitchen both spearheaded by Gordon Ramsay and Iron Chef America hosted by Mark Dacascos. Those are just some of my favorites but there are still many other wonderful cooking shows that you can choose from nowadays. It's just a matter of choosing the best for you and what entertains you much as a viewer. I hope by sharing you my experience it can also help you in any ways change your life, like what it did to me. Thanks for your time in reading guys. I truly appreciate it!
I am a mother of two boys. I love writing and reading articles. I am into online businesses. Whatever ways I can make money online, I dive into. I like Triond because I can do my writing habits, make money from it and at the same time meet friends of the same interest.

John,What will save your son is your love and respect and communication and the examples you show him with *your* behavior. Do you truly want to demonstrate that his father is one secretly spying on him? The message--spoken or not--you are sending to your son is this: his own father does not trust him, his own father cannot sit down and tell his son his own feelings and fears, but instead spies secretly upon him. Learn to talk from your heart to his or you will have make much grief.

You cannot describe love as "a problem teenagers fall into". This completely downrates the meaning of love itself, not to meantion any teens (like myself) reading this. You act as if only adults will read this, and give absolutely no helpful imformation directly towards a teen or teenagers themself.I recommend adding a section to this that describes what love REALLY is, and how to deal with it, how it passes, how it stablizes, it's structure over time and how it grows, and many types of love.
