Acne or pimple as we commonly call it principally appear during adolescence. I myself had to go through the tough times of teenage stage. I had breakouts and would totally freak out especially during school days. Can you imagine how it is waking up one morning looking in the mirror only to see those swollen pimples all over your face. The worst part could have been seeing a pimple at the tip of your nose. You just wanna scream your heart out and hide under your blanket. I remember one instance were I had to skip school just because of having acne. I would even skip exams because I was ashamed that my classmates and teachers would notice my acne. I can honestly say puberty stage was exciting and wonderful but horrifying at the same time. Until one day I realized I had to do something to fix the problem caused by acne.

I tried so many types of natural and artificial remedies to stop the acne growth. I  would use anything that was advised me to use. I was really desperate to clear away the culprit that gave me sleepless nights and depression. As expected there were those I used that were not effective. But my goal before was there was no harm in trying as long as it can help me solve my problem with acne. Fortunately after so many trials I found what was effective and safe to my skin.

For natural remedies I would personally recommend the use of aloe vera, lemon, vitamin E and A and tea tree oil. For over the counter remedies either Ponds Antibacterial Facial Scrub or Garnier Gentle Clarifying Foam works for me. You can try any of those remedies at home then choose what best works for your skin. If these remedies worked for me, who knows it might work for you too. Have a nice acne free day.
