STRESS REMEDY
The Longman Contemporary Dictionary defines stress as a force or pressure caused by difficulties in life. It is very unhealthy for an individual to wear the clock of stress. Each time you are stressed out and don’t feel the need to want to “carry on” consider the following tips and move on.
- Laugh Always. Laughter has been defined as food for the soul. You never realize how much good you do to your soul each time you decide to wipe that grin off your face and replace it with a smile- the fuel that sparks off laughter. No wonder, many psychologists have advised their patients on the need to laugh all the time as this is an antidote to stress. Some school of thought affirms that laughter increases one’s life span and makes him younger.
- Take a Trip if You May. Get off the 9 to 5 daily routine and take a trip somewhere. The country or nation you visit is of least importance but be sure it is far away from work and home to avoid distraction. If you are married, go along with your family; but if not go alone. The essence of this is to get your mind off work and the stress you may have accumulated over time. As a matter of fact do not take with you work mentality otherwise the whole aim of the trip will have been defeated.
- Confide in Friends. Share your problems and worries with your true friends. A wise man once said a problem shared is a problem have solved. How true this statement really is.
Each time you allow yourself to be ridden over with life’s troubles and find it difficult to confide in friends, then be sure you are heading for destruction. You may want to argue and say,” This is my own thing, what good will it be if I shared it with someone else?” Yes, he may not have the wherewithal to assist in carrying along your burden but he could be in the position to proffering a solution to you will have reduced to a great extent some load on you.
- Take a Walk. Taking a short brisk walk does eliminate stress. Psychologists attest to the fact that motion creates emotions. Each time you are idle you are likely to get depressed. And each time you are depressed your heart rate slows down which causes less oxygen flow to the brain. This is risky and could result to health mishap.
- Get Enrolled in a Gym. Exercise sure does eliminate stress and get you mentally alert. Contrary to common feeling of depression, slow heart rate, and less oxygen flow to the brain that is apt to occur to the idle minded, the man who engages in some of physical exercise is hardly ever depressed as there is fast heartbeat and more oxygen flow to the brain.

John,What will save your son is your love and respect and communication and the examples you show him with *your* behavior. Do you truly want to demonstrate that his father is one secretly spying on him? The message--spoken or not--you are sending to your son is this: his own father does not trust him, his own father cannot sit down and tell his son his own feelings and fears, but instead spies secretly upon him. Learn to talk from your heart to his or you will have make much grief.

You cannot describe love as "a problem teenagers fall into". This completely downrates the meaning of love itself, not to meantion any teens (like myself) reading this. You act as if only adults will read this, and give absolutely no helpful imformation directly towards a teen or teenagers themself.I recommend adding a section to this that describes what love REALLY is, and how to deal with it, how it passes, how it stablizes, it's structure over time and how it grows, and many types of love.
