There is danger to our eyes in all seasons. Excess wind, dust and severe sunlight cause problems to our eyes.
The sun’s ultraviolet rays are one of the reasons for the eye disease cataract. To protect our face from the sun, we can wear hats and good quality sun glasses. 95% of the people loss their eye sight because of diseases only. People losing their eye sight due to accidents and other causes are only 5%.
You must see an eye doctor immediately if you have one of the following. Carelessness may lead to loss of sight.
- Unclear vision
- continuous irritation of the eyes
- difficulty in seeing an object either far or near
- seeing double images of things
- watering of the eyes
- a feeling of dust in either one eye or both the eyes
- pain either in the eyes or in the eye brows
- difference in the vision between the two eyes
- eyes becoming red
- Feeling of flashes like lightning or insects flying before our eyes.
Normally a person winks 22 times per minute. It is reduced to 10 when we read and 7 when we view video and still reduces when we use computer. Moreover, while reading, our eyes look downward and 75% of our eyes keep closed. But it is not like that in computer. When we see the monitor directly, our eyes are wide open and more tears get evaporated and the moisture in our eyes also reduces.
To avoid this, we have to give rest to our eyes in between. We should avoid seeing the computer screen continuously and once in 15 minutes see at a distance and wink very often. While visiting an eye doctor, we have to inform the doctor that we use computer.

I suggest changing the name to Rounds 60 :) you have the same strategy as me!! :D Maybe we can become good friends. do you have facebook, or anything like that? oh and plz change RPD to RPK XD its bothering the heck outa me. you are very smart with this strategy, and you might want to include that after round 50 you want to use the Skullcrusher, TheM16Upgraded. its powerful, fast, and when running the train, you can buy ammo! :D plz comment on one of my strategies so iknow what to Fix:)

You cannot describe love as "a problem teenagers fall into". This completely downrates the meaning of love itself, not to meantion any teens (like myself) reading this. You act as if only adults will read this, and give absolutely no helpful imformation directly towards a teen or teenagers themself.I recommend adding a section to this that describes what love REALLY is, and how to deal with it, how it passes, how it stablizes, it's structure over time and how it grows, and many types of love.
