What are Framville Mastery Points?

When you plant a crop you gain experience points which help you level up faster. When you harvest the full grown crop you gain mastery points for that particular crop. After the level number nine you can start compeleting for a three level mastery in each crop.

There is a stipulated number of successful harvests per crop that you must complete in order to gain the three levels of mastery. At each level of mastery you are rewarded with extra experience points and more coins. So you can level up faster and buy more things.

Once you complete the mastery of a crop you will gain a sign of crop mastery for it. This will be availble to you in your gift box and you may plonk it down near your fields. There are no mastery points for harvesting trees or rearing animals.

The trees only give you experience the first time you plant them in Farmville. After that each harvest will bring only the coins. However when you have harvested a certain number of trees you will get the Tree Hugger Ribbon which gives you more coins and experience.

Some tricks to gain more experience points and coins

AS you go higher with each level in Framville more crops get unlocked and more gifts canbe sent to friends. The options of buying more decorations also arises. So most new farmers in Farmville are in a tearing hurry to reach the next level and unlock more virtual goodies.

If you have some coins to spare and wish to level up fast, here's a small trick. Plough ten to twelve fields of land, plant straberry in them and then delete them. Do this again. This will help you gain the experience needed to reach the next level faster, but make sure you don't run out of coins to plant crops from the next level.

Once you expand your farm it can take ages to harvest all the crops and trees as the little virtual framer in farmville plods from one field to the next. SO use some decorations such as the haybales or the fences to trap your farmer. The immobile farmer makes it possible to harvest everything in Farmville in much lesser time.

It is possible to sell the gifts that you get for some extra coins. However you can only send one gift to a person in a day. Now get the cooperation of a friend and get upto ten gifts from them. Keep doing this with different gifts upto ten times.Now in each page select the same friend to send the gift to and send it. This will work for about 8 to ten times after which you will get an error message. Yet if you and your friends do this to each other you will be able to get far more gifts than allowed in one day. As these can be sold from the gift box you may earn extra free coins.
